These are the basic rules for using 89 (paraplan.ai). By using the site you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old to use 89.
Using 89
Use 89 to ask your people for help and to reply to them. Please don't:
- post anything illegal, threatening, harassing or hateful, or sexual content involving minors;
- share other people's private information, or record people, without their permission;
- send spam, scams or malware (including in attachments), or pretend to be someone else;
- abuse login codes, overload the service, or try to break into it or other people's accounts.
Your content stays yours
You own the videos, asks, attachments and replies you post. You give us permission to store them, process them (for example convert the video and transcribe it) and show them to people who have the link, only so 89 can work. Only post content you have the right to share.
Links are public
Anyone with the link to a request can see it. Other signed-in members can also see your asks in Stories. Don't post anything you wouldn't want them to see.
Provided as is
89 is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change or stop parts of the service, and it may sometimes be unavailable. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it.
Objectionable content
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours, and we remove the content and the user who posted it.
Suspension
We can remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules or abuse the service.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
